We already registered the trademark of Legacy, Malibu, Laguna in Korea.
I hereby attached the trademark file of Legacy, Malibu, Laguna.
I think the Korean partner of Charles Pripus and Jason Rho will not make the Legacy, Malibu, Laguna pools in the future.
If the Korean partner of Charles Pribus and Jason Rho make the above pools, we will accuse the Korean partner of infringement of the trademark.

We will put the factory warranty in the pools.

This is 2nd email.

1. We didn't sell our company Legacy to Jason Rho.

As you know well, Jason Rho is a liar.

2. As I told you before email dated Sep 24, we already registered the trademark of Legacy, Malibu, Laguna in Korea.
Any Korean company will not make the Legacy, Malibu, Laguna pools in the future.
If they make the above pools, we will accuse them of infringement of the trademark.

3. As I told you before e-mail also, we won the patent issue with Jason in the territory of Korea.

Thus we can make Legacy, Malibu and Laguna pools and sell in Korea.

However they will use to sell the pools as PPI’s patent in USA and the models are Legacy oval, and Malibu rectangle.

But the above patents Legacy Oval and Malibu rectangle didn’t use anymore.

And If you want to sell Malibu pool, you can sell it as our new patent Malibu pool.

It is different shoe against PPI’s patent.

There are no problem for you to sell legacy pools in the United States.
